beautiful breakfast room helpful staff polite staff narrow queen beds missing service irritating flies

My room was a Classic Double Room Panoramic View. The breakfast room had beautiful facilities in general. Staff were very helpful and polite, which I greatly appreciated..

The queen beds were only 150cm wide and not suitable for two adults. Aspects of five star service were not present. For example, there was no offer to help with bags at check in. Flies at the pool were also VERY irritating.

beautiful terrace gluten sensitivity

the room featured a beautiful terrace. the breakfast had lots of options for anyone with gluten sensitivity. taxis was arranged from here quite easily. la quinta golf course were nearby.

i found the bar to be a bit expensive.

relaxing stay

spacious rooms attentive staff

The rooms were surprisingly spacious. They are perfect for a summer holiday. the staff were very kind and attentive. I felt welcomed from the start. the spa was amazing. It was a great way to spend a few hours.

sadly, the hotel is noisy, despite being located outside of the town. room 102 was unbearable. i complained for three nights, but nothing changed.

the hotel is beautifully located in the hills. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus for convenient access to nearby areas. this service can save money on taxis and ubers, as well.

The staff were all excellent, very attentive, and friendly. I received five-star treatment. the breakfast selection offered a wide variety of fresh choices. the attention to detail from the staff was really good.
